Rise Marketing Group is a performance driven marketing agency, which powers growth for our clients through customized solutions, including advertising, SEO, email marketing and social. Rise is growing and looking for a Business Development Representative to join our team!
This is the first time we’re considering bringing on a business development rep. To date, all sales have funneled through the founder, and based on the amount of leads, we need sales support.
Roles and responsibilities
Work directly with the founder to support the sales process, which include:
- As leads come about, schedule and lead an introductory call to understand the client needs and assess if this could be a potential fit, based on budget, needs, etc.
- Prepare proposals, and deliver either in person or remote via Google Meet
- Strategize marketing tactics to drive growth for the potential leads, we will provide training as needed. Candidates with marketing experience are preferred.
- Follow up on potential leads and check-in as needed, until a decision is made
- Create service agreements, send to client for signatures, upload into Rise internal filing system
- Work closely with the VP of Client Services to:
- Provide a weekly update of pipeline health, potential start dates
- Ensure we have adequate team support to launch new clients
- Work closely with the founder to:
- Support larger pitches
